mminfo doesn't show the backup level...not sure if this is ok. Was this a 
client initiated  backup or did it run from a group.

This looks like a bug. An upgrade to 7.4.5 may resolve  the issue.

Have tou tried a  saveset recover? you can relocate it to a different 
directory and even specify the path to the file or directory if you know it
