Thanks a lot for your reply. I have two questions based on your reply.

a) Thsi type of backup is an NDMP backup . So I am not able to see the file as 
such from the Networker Volume information. I can only browse the file from the 
Networker User program when restoring. So how would it be able to find the 
reference of the file from online media db ? Can you explain the detailed way 
to do it ?

b) You said about cloning the entire data with exception to the specific file. 
But sicnce its under one specific saveset . The whole saveset has to be ignored 
while cloning the tape. Or is there any other way to avoind the specific file 
while cloning. Could you give a detailed way for this too ?

Your suggestions are really valuable.
