Thanks for the prompt reply.

I was try to recover files that were deleted from a past date. The deleted file 
was located on a different server running Windows server 2003, with Networker 
version 7.3.2.

The good news is, it finished its recovery, but the bad news, it prompted an 
error:

NSR server 'servername':Authentication failed or no valid authentication 
methods supported by both client and server recover:waiting 30 seconds then 
retrying.

Please help...
