I'm familiar with gstclreport, however this appears to be restricted to
the canned reports available through the GUI or some "custom" variation
of these canned reports. All of the statistics reports appear to be
summaries which doesn't really satisfy my need.

I must have misunderstood what you were trying to accomplish. I thought
you were looking for aggregate numbers a la one of the NMC reports.

I'm interested in tracking the growth of a particular save group over
time.

I notice that you can obtain save group size information through NMC
statistics reports, but there doesn't appear to be a way to query this

from mminfo?

You could sum the individual saveset sizes yourself, giving you more
control of the process (like throwing away info for savesets you don't
care about).

However, if all you want is the total NMC gives you, why not just use
that? You know about gstclreport, right?

Does anyone know if this is possible without post processing of
individual savesets?

I don't believe it is, you need to do the summing, which is probably all
NMC is doing.
