You have just spelled out exactly why it is not working. It is
registering under the wrong client name, which is why it is running as
full every time. You should not need the pathownerignore. I have
configured hundreds of clusters and never used this file - it is a hack.
Get rid of this file and configure it properly and all will be fine. By
"properly" I mean with "save -c", or equivalent for databases, the
correct (secure) entries for remote access, and the appropriate
filesystems for each client.
