It is started by networker. I'll reset the directive to just the one full
override. The group settings won't allow you to put both a backup level and a
schedule in it.

Thanks..

How are the groups started ? Is it Legato that starts the groups or are they
started externally (cron, control-M, bmc, ...) ?

If you start groups out of networker control, check you used rights options (-C
"schedule name")

By the way, I would rewrite our directive as following

incr incr incr incr incr incr skip

overrides:
full monday every week

Finally,I would prefer level 1 than incr, in case of recovery, you will be
faster recovering full followed by last differential rather than full and all
incr one after the other.

in this case :
1 1 1 1 1 1 skip

overrides:
full monday every week

Check also you group setup to be sure full level is not flagged in.

Cheers

Hello,

I have a couple of groups setup for a couple of file shares. On the "schedule"
location of the group properties I have a weekly schedule setup like this:

incr full incr incr incr incr skip

My overrides look like this:
incr sunday every week
full monday every week
incr tuesday every week
incr wednesday every week
incr thursday every week
incr friday every week

I even have the "force incremental" option checked in the group properties.
The problem is that it always run a full backup no matter what on both
groups. I'm guessing it's something simple that's causing this and I'm
looking too deep.. :-?

Thanks.
