looks like some sort of database corruption.  Or it could be a bug.  7.5.3 did 
not get some of the patches that were developed and included in 7.5.2.4.

7.5.2.4 was, i think, the last cumulative combo patch kit for the 7.5.2 series.


If it is a database problem, then it is likely ab issue with jobdb.  Stop 
networker and delete the nsrjobsd folder, then restart, then monitor.
