The only reason to avoid doing it as part of the normal restart process is if 
you want to be able to restart a group that you'd previously stopped or aborted 
after the server restart; deleting /nsr/tmp will remove any option for doing a 
group "Restart", and instead you'd have to start the group from scratch again.
