1.  Which exactly command have you tried, "nsrim" as you state, or "nsrm" as in 
your quoted error message?  Do pay attention to what you type.  One character 
(in your case missing "I") makes a little bit of difference.
2.  Correct me if I am wrong:
-you have a 3 TB backup capacity
-you have 350GB of full backup environment
-you have 1 week of retention
-you are trying to delete an SSID from MAY (???)  Dude, May was 2 months ago, 
not even close to 1 week.

Generally, 350GB data size would take 350 + 6 X (350X15%) = 0.7TB take or give. 
 I would be able to maintain 3 weeks retention on your system, easy.  I know 
what is wrong with your setup and where the problem is.  However, this is a 
professional forum, hence I can't say it.  Go back to the book, read the 
manual, study it and then come back.
