Yes you are right I don't understang all and I need your's help.

"The nsrstage can be refered to as a cut and paste process. By
using nsrstage you actually clone the data from the source to another
device and delete the source data (Only in case of a file type device -
backup to disk). I would recommend you to go through the command
reference guide to check the switches to suit your requirement. "

I use that (nsrmm -dy -S 135131315 ) to delete saveset from my disk backup
(file type device ). And when I do that I works, it delete saveset (253553534 -
200gb), but I don't see this free space on my disk.

Could someone help and tell me how to do, or how YOU do that if you have to
delete old saveset.

about disk and cassete backup:

We have networker 7.3.2 on linux suse

we make two backup:
- on cassete (retention 2 days) - OK
- and disk (we have 3TB space on another computer) - free space problem

Now we have problem with free space on disk (3TB). We used 95% of free space.

- I have every day more to backup (theoretically), and I think I have to
increase this retation size, because is to small for 1day backup (350gb).

I understand that this retation size work that way, that you set how much you
will backup one day in this retation size arrange that is enough free disk
space to backup.

How you do that problem

Now I really nedd your help
