I'm seeing this issue as well with 7.6 Rev. 142 on Solaris x64. Where exactly can I grab Rev. 167 from from Powerlink? The software downloads section is where I got the current version.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew

Upgrading to NW 7.6p4 (build 167) solved the issue for me

I have the same issue in NW 7.6 on Solaris 10 (Sparc) with Adv file type
devices running on DataDomain 880 and 610 (nfs)

It seems like NW treats target sessions as max sessions, it writes up to
target sessions on each device but instead off adding sessions to existing
devices when target sessions is reached on allocated devices it starts
asking for more devices instead off behaving as it should and go back and
add more sessions until max sessions is reached on the existing devices
allocated to that pool, works as it should on my 7.4.4 backup servers so
either it's an issue in 7.6 or I have missed something in my setup on my new
servers.

I am seeing some wierd stuff with my adv file devices.

Setup
NEtworker 7.6 on windows 2003
Adv file type devices running on a DataDomain 580 Gateway and DataDomain
690 Gateway

I have two file device, each with target sesson of 4 and max seesion 15.

but it looks like networker just stops adding sessions when it reaches 4..

I set the target sessions low, to load balance a bit over my disk devices.

Anybody seem similar ?
