That isn't so either...
You can just license one node and do all your backups from that node...
For instance we have 5 node RAC cluster and we have 1 node licensed for NMO
for prod backup and one node licensed for NMO for dev backup/restore. So
for us 2 physical licenses and 2 NMO licenses, but could be done with one of
each.
