hello..

The backup fails for D:\ with below error?

Failed to initialize backup, error=0x8000ffff: Unexpected VSS system error. The 
error code is logged in the event log.
7154:save: Unable to set up VSS filesystem directives. Failed to back up D:\

would like to know the meaning of the above error and if anyone can help to 
understand why it occured and any resolution would be great.
