Ideally, you should set the backup and browse periods for each client and keep 
those clients with the same retention and browse periods on the same tape pool 
This will cause them to become "recyclable" on their own. If you need to mark a 
tape as recyclable before its savesets all time out, then you can do so either 
in the NetWorker administrator GUI through the Networker Management Console 
(NMM) or on the command line via the command ...

nsrmm -o recyclable tape_name
