Hi,

Im also getting the same error in 1 of my client online backup for MSSQL.

7336:savegrp: Log file D:\nsr\tmp\sg\GROUPNAME\sso.000003 is empty.
savegrp:SC_PRD_ONLINE * <clientname>:MSSQL$SERVICE_CENTER: Cannot determine 
status of backup process.  Use mminfo to determine job status.
