This is possible but its a pain in the ass.
To create such a schedule,
1. rightclick on "Schedules" and click on "New". select "Week" in "Period"
dropdown menu.
2. select the first month, "January" and select "skip" for all days in the
calender view. Give a name of the schedule and click Ok.
3. re-open the same schedule. If you select another month, u will see that all
the days for all months are set to skip.
4. select "Month" in "Period" dropdown menu.
5. Select January and in the calender view below, select "Full" for the days
30, 31 and 28 or 29 depending on whether the year is a leap year or not.
6. When u do this, 30, 31 and 28 or 29 will be automatically set to Full for
all the 11 months that follow. Now comes the real pain.
7. Select February. u'll see that 28 and/or 29 will be showing Full whereas all
the other days will be set to skip depending on whether the year is leap year.
if it is leap year, 29 will be the last day of the month. in that case,
right-click on 28 and select "Override" and then "skip". if the last day is 28,
go to the step 8.
8. Select March. Here u'll see that 30, 31, and 28 and/or 29 will be set to
Full. Click on the dates u dont want and select "Override" and then skip.
9. Repeat step 8 until u are done for all the months.
10. Finally click ok and save the schedule.
Hope u understood all that. in case of doubt, plz post back.
