I think it may be powerlink permission error. Our account has never been setup
correctly after them EMC / Legato merger.

This is what I get:

Hi Matthew.

I had the same problem, but when you open the ETA:esg109074
http://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg109074 , you need to
follow the link
https://powerlink.emc.com/nsepn/webapps/btg548664833igtcuup4826/km/live1/en_
US/Offering_Technical/Technical_Documentation/300-010-339.pdf and then i
works, I am doing it right now.

Generaly speaking I find it very difficult to find "stuff" on Powerlink, but
this article iss well hidden.

Best regards
Ole Hermansen

What's worse, I cannot find the article it refers to:

"WINDOWS SERVER 2008 OFFLINE SYSTEM RECOVERY USING WINDOWS SERVER BACKUP
WITH NETWORKER

The link is broken and search doesn't find it.

If I understand this correctly, then it's not possible to do a disaster
recovery of Server 2008 with NetWorker!?

unless you use NetWorker in conjuction with a Windows utility to take the
system state backup.

Somehow this is not completely clear in this article esg109074 on Powerlink.
And the MS article it points to, is not making things more clear.

Wow!
