Nothing is essential to networker here, however, it may be essential to your
oracle DBA. The "standard" directives from the networker installation should
be used as templates and customized to your situation. Know what you are
backing up and know what should be included/excluded and act accordingly. I
had an example of excluding "dev" which are device directories in the *nix
world. Of course I had one user have "dev" in a directory tree that needed a
recovery. Doh! You are already ahead of the game by reviewing and asking.
The question needs to go to your DBA.
