Reading between the lines, it looks like you are going to run multiple
recoveries, manually recovering the full and each incremental. If you do
this you will make more work for yourself and not end up with a true
point-in-time recovery. You will indeed restore the deleted files, and
they will stay on your system. If you do a recovery with the browse time
set to Friday, NetWorker will just restore the bits it needs from the
full and subsequent incrementals based on the index contents from
Friday, thus the deleted file will not be restored in this case.
