NW 7.5.1 on 2003 SP2

Want to backup 2003 box in DMZ.  Have read manual but unclear on rules I
should ask the firewall administrator to set.  Does anyone do this? and what
is the cleanest way to do this (least number of firewall rules).
Current firewall config for DMZ server: Any allowed (if inititated from
"inside" network) out to DMZ box, None allowed in from DMZ
(if initiated from DMZ box).
