What is it conflicting with?

111 is the well known port for the RPC portmapper. Networker requires
this.

Is there already a portmapper on this machine, or is there some
non-portmapper software that wants to use 111?

It's possible that there are two apps trying to install a portmapper on
the system, but that only one is necessary.
