You can use the command below to verify how the jukebox is configured.
Maybe you don't have all access ports configured at the moment. You are
interested in the line that says ports:

# nsrjb -vV
setting verbosity level to `1'

Importing tapes in our SL500, we also have the expanxion, we just load
the cap and issue nsrjb -d.
