Dell said that these errors happen when there are too many TURs going to the 
drive in question.

I used the following MS article to disable TURs ( changed autorun from 1 to 0 ) 
but the OS puts it back to the default (1)  once I reboot the server.

Are there any other settings in the registry that overwrite the "Autorun" value 
for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\<Dell TBU Driver File> ?
