I am quite
sure that if any EMC engineer will spend just two hours to proof read
it, many of its problems can be eliminated.

I've lodged the same complaint with EMC about the knowledgebase on
Powerlink that you have about the Performance Tuning Guide. I've
received Powerlink surveys and surveys after support calls, and generally
use them to compliment the areas where things are improving (like the
speed and reliability of Powerlink itself) and point out the areas where
things need more improvement.

Even a few weeks ago, if you did a knowledgebase search on "license
transfer" with the query restricted to NetWorker, the knowledgebase would
turn up documentation from years ago, before EMC acquired Legato, that
pointed to a web URL that didn't exist.

I did that same search today and was pleasantly surprised to see the top
hit was a document that was edited last week, that appears to have more
current information in it.

So, at least some things are improving. Hopefully the Performance Tuning
Guide gets some attention too.
