why jbconfig !!
you can do it with nsradmin 
do an inquire
use the result of the line 
[email protected]:OVERLANDNEO Series      0429|Autochanger (Jukebox)

in your create

nsradmin -s server_name
create type: NSR device; name: „\\\\.\\Tape0“; media type: dlt8000
create type: NSR device; name: “\\\\.\\Tape1”; media type: dlt8000
create type: NSR jukebox; name: jbox; control port: [email protected]; //
model: Standard SCSI Jukebox; devices: “\\\\.\\Tape0”, “\\\\.\\Tape1”; //
number devices: 2; number drives: 2; max parallelism: 2; //
auto media management: No; messages: “”; volumes: “”; //
physical slots: 1, 59; loaded volumes: “”; loaded bar codes: “”; //
loaded slots: “”; reset class: “initialize unload”

That's for a windows OS
