Dear NetWorkers,

 

I'm using NSRORA in Networker7.4. I can't backup Oracle client server.

 

Following error on Server. How to solve this problem.

ERROR: save_db pid 2377 exited with status 7

ORA_ERROR: DB_status_check: DB down but 17 processes running
