Hello - have you tested smtpmail.exe on the cmd.exe prompt first? - 

On our system (7.4.2), it's like:

Usage: smtpmail [-s subject] [-h smtphost] [-p port] [-f sender]
recipient [recipient[...]]

So I use something like:

smtpmail.exe -s "Bootstraps" -h "mailrelay.norwich.edu" -f
"System AT backupserver.norwich DOT edu" jpratt AT norwich DOT edu
myoffsitemail AT gmail DOT com
