This is how you do it in UNIX word, I suppose it should be valid for Windows too

$ nsradmin -i - <<TXT
> . type: nsr group
> sho name
> sho interval
> print
> TXTCurrent query set
                        name: XXXX;
                    interval: "4:00";

                        name: YYYY;
                    interval: "24:00";
