1st query:
I want to schedule a backup at every month end. But I want it only at the last 
day of a month. 28th for Feb or 30th or 31st. 

How should I create a schedule?

2nd Query:
I have a weekly schedule which takes full backup. But in that weekly schedule, 
I want to override the backup schedule to skip every 15th of a month.
