It does, but removing it doesn't seem to make any impact.  That was the
first thing that EMC support had me do.  

Weird thing is this isn't happening on all my NW clients.  I haven't
figured out what/if there is a pattern of which clients have the
verbose/debug output and which don't.

Does, by any chance, /<nsr_install_directory>/debug/NO_SUPPRESS exist?
If 
so, that will (or at least does in previous versions) generate verbose 
savegroup completion reports.
