You really don't need to move the entire /nsr directory, just the
/nsr/index/client-name directory that is the largest, or all of
/nsr/index/ can be moved to another location...

You should use EMC's Powerlink site to locate the steps/procedure needed
to re-locate a client index by doing a knowledge-base search or search
solutions... It involves shutting down the Networker services and then
moving the index or indexes that are using the most space to another
disk with more space available, then updating the client definition to
point to the new location... There is an established procedure or series
of steps already defined for doing this... This is why the Networker
software should always be installed on a disk with lots of available
space because the indexes will eventually need that space... The more
clients and the longer your browse-times are, the larger your indexes
will get... You can also reclaim some space by removing the oldest
cycles from your largest indexes... This will reduce the browse-able
backups you can see via the recover GUI, but will release some disk
space in an emergency...
