I probably wasn't clear in my original post. My question is one of
process control.
Example: If one of our EMC cdl's needs a patch, I have programs to show
me our running clone processes, and nuke them.
If I were using AFTD's and nsrstage, would I be able to do the same thing?
Could I postpone nsrstaging?
Similar to this, we have long lived with the 100's of deficiencies in
Networker, one if which is no "modes" of operation.
I would love to see multiple modes on startup such as
maintenance mode
no jukeox mode
start no groups mode
This way you could start networker and perhaps "fix" some hardware issues,
run media reports, etc... but not let groups start, clients run restores,
whatever. As everyone here know, now it's start everything, run everthing.
