Check for entries such as

Where Tape drive 9 is seen by Os on SCSI 4 ( the numbers correspond to
BUS\Target\Lun), If you had a reference to how they were before the repair
then you can tell if they changed or not, if they changed, you may need to
reconfigure your tape library, along with that a Full diagnostic of Tape
Lib should be conducted to rule out any lingering hardware issue.
