running on the same port 9000.
If you experienced this during upgrade, check if httpd or gsttclsh is still
running before restarting NMC.
If the processes are still running, manually kill them, then restart NMC.
>From the gstd.log, this looks to be the case. You should check the
logs\web_output file for more details on web server logs.
