Now I just need to work out how to script nsradmin to do this.....

Thanks for everyone's advice and assistance. I am also going to log a case with EMC, referring to the other case mentioned on the list, to hopefully add some weight to the return of some sort of scanning routine for the CAP in the L700.....

FYI, I have my dodgy_hack here in case anyone else needs to do the same. If anyone thinks they need/want the jbscan script (that does all the work formatting the output of sjirdtag) I will post it as well.

Do not use this script unless you know exactly what you're doing!!!!!!!!

#!/bin/sh

/usr/sbin/nsradmin -i - << EOF
. type: NSR jukebox
show enabled
print
update enabled: No
print
EOF

## scan the jukebox
/nsr/scripts/jbscan -c

/usr/sbin/nsradmin -i - << EOF
. type: NSR jukebox
show enabled
print
update enabled: Yes
print
EOF
