I can get it started.... just manually at this point.  I have traced the 
problem back to the Apache web server and missing ConfigArgs from the registry. 
 When the gstd service starts it also starts the Apache web server, which then 
restarts (because of the missing ConfigArgs), causing the gstd service to stop. 
 

Looking into resolutions right now.
