I've been having that issue and haven't called EMC yet...  There's
nothing listed in the group monitoring tab, no clients, no activity, no
successful, no failure...nadda....  I'm running the same version as you
are.

Since upgrading to 7.4sp3 I no longer see my SAN NDMP clients listed
under the group monitoring. I think if I watch the group run I will see
the client actions, but when I check the monitoring of the previous
night's backups the SAN NDMP are not listed as failed or successful. 
Anyone else seeing this?
