Lastly, It won't exactly do what you want, but if you have no luck with
configuring a level 10 backup, you could configure a schedule that is
level 1 every saturday
level 2 every sunday
level 3 every monday
level 4 every tuesday
level 5 every wednesday
level 6 every thursday
level 7 every friday
Override: full the 1st saturday every month.

It's not quite what you want as you have 3 (sometimes 4) level 1's per
month, but you are simulating in incremental backup for other days of the
week.
