i don't want to backup from the client point of view. I don't understand why i can use All on the client side and not on the networker server side? If i have thousand of datasets, i have to refer explicitly to each one, even if they are located on the same pool?

thanks for your reply,

Install the 7.4.3 solaris client on your t2000 host, and then you can use
All.

Alternatively you will have to refer to each sub-filesystem explicitly, eg
/data
/opt/csw
/local
/local/serveurbd3

Etc. etc.

hello all,
i have networker 7.4 on solaris 10 sparc machines.
t2000-root% zfs list -r data
NAME USED AVAIL REFER MOUNTPOINT
data 32.2G 13.3G 24.5K /data
data/csw 825M 13.3G 825M /opt/csw
data/local 30.6G 13.3G 29.4G /local
data/local/serveurbd3 1.23G 13.3G 1.23G /local/serveurbd3
data/nsr 69.5K 13.3G 69.5K /var/nsr
data/pkgsrc 833M 13.3G 833M /usr/pkgsrc

on networker, in "Save set" Backup, i choose /data, hoping to backup all
the zfs datas, but networker said that:
   t2000: /data level=full, 2 KB 00:00:04
  3 files

so i don't succeed...

in the official document, legato said that zfs is supported, and the
only reference to zfs in Admin guide is:
ZFS file systems and the All keyword
ZFS filesystems are ignored when the All
keyword is used for the Save Set attribute in the Client resource,
because ZFS filesystems are not listed in the vstab file.
