Didn't you already post this question a few days ago?

The error means that your pre-processing job failed. That means that
whatever commands you put in the .res file as a pre-processing job
exited with a non-zero return code. You need to figure out for yourself
why these commands failed. Please do not post the details to the list,
as the failure is not caused by NetWorker.
