Hmmm...

Bootstrap is "always" backed up at level full never incremental.  Run  mminfo 
-B  and if you see any bootstrap at level incr, it's a BUG.

Good.  Glad I could help.

I generally leave all of the levels unchecked so any level can be backed
up to a pool.  I think if you're going to set specific backup levels for
a pool then you probably should have a complimentary pool or pools to
cover the other levels if they ever come up.

Bingo.... Thank You Dave,

That was apparently it, it was doing an 'incremental' bootstrap because
the group that finished just minutes before had done a 'full'
bootstrap.
The pool did not have 'incr' selected as a allowable level, only
'full'...

I've just checked & added 'incr' to the pool and hopefully this
won't
happen again...
