Please can you suggest for the problem mentioned stated below .
We are backing up using single HP sdlt tape drive for a storage node located 
far away with out backup server.  Sometimes we get a successful backup and 
sumtimes not.I am getting errors ike Media Verification Failure.  We are also 
getting other types of random errors while initiating backups, or mounting 
tapes like given below :
