Thanks for the responses. We have been able to add new servers to the list via 
the remote server option from the drop down to add servers that ren't on the 
same subnet. It does see the new servers and adds them to the list on the left 
side under Network Servers. However we still have to double click to connect. 
So they technically aren't connected and ready to monitor for back ups....I'll 
take any suggestions...Thanks again
