Hi,
We have a server named as qafac configured also as a storage node with a single 
tape drive HP SDLT connected residing at an offsite  from here and the backup 
server sqasmbkp is here onsite where the backup is initiated from. 
We always have an error  when backing up showing media verification failure .  
The logs showing error in messages.log is given below:

Please can you help me on this? I tried cleaning and also with brand new tapes. 
But still the error is there.
