Hello,
Please look into Global of 2 tab & owner notification on networker client
, this will allow you to send completion on individual clients, there are
additional reporting features available with vendors such as , tektools,
emc's wysdm, networker reporter etc to accomplish the task.

Job reporting

I am new to Legato 7.4 and was wondering if there is any way to get the
job
completion reports to be e-mailed out to a list so that the managers of
each
server get a report of which of their servers gets backed up and which
ones
fail? Just let me know. Thanks.
