You do need a parser, but its available on your exchange server. Openup a command line window and cd into NSR's log directory and typesomething like "nsr_render_log -B -30 daemon.raw" also, there'sanother log file that might be worth looking at called applog.log, butits all text so you can look at it via notepad.

Also, look in the event logs at the time of the failure and shortlyprior to the failure to see if anything turns up, then insist thatyour NetWorker guy contact EMC to open up a tech support call if he orshe doesn't find the logged error messages helpful in solving thisproblem. It also seems to me that your NetWorker administrator shouldbe taking a more active role in working with you to solve this problem.
