If you do that mminfo and have the -r include ssid and cloneid -- do
all three entries (hb, mb, tb) also have the same ssid and cloneid?

If I shows the "fragflags", it does know which volume has the "hb" (head),
"mb" (middle), and "tb" (tail) of the saveset.
So the index should be built properly ...
