I have seen the "Operation would block" error message many times, and it is 
(almost) always related to firewalls or antivirus software. If there is a 
firewall or some form of packet filtering router between the client and the 
server, i would bet my money that´s where your problem is. If so, take a look 
at the NSR_KEEPALIVE_WAIT parameter.

If there are no physical firewalls, remember that many antivirus applications 
do contain a software firewall, try and shut it off. Also, i would suggest (as 
a test only) to completely shut down the antivirus and see if that helps. If it 
does, you need to look into configuring it to work with NetWorker.
