While not particularly sexy, you could create 13 groups, one for each hour and
you would get the effect you desire.

is there any possibility to start a group periodically
(i.e. every 60 minutes) but only from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. ?
My soulution until now is to disable and enable the group with
a script invoked by cron with nwadmin.
