Utility, yes.  I believe it's a tool only, not a key management
application (although IBM may offer one of those as well).

Spectralogic offers LTO-4 management as part of their key management
tools that they put on their libraries.  I think they're a little more
standalone (admin has more responsibility) than some of the appliances
which do key-sharing.

I'm getting LTO-4 in some locations, but I have yet to make any hard
decisions about encryption choices at this point.
